In 2018, Gungnir® looked for a solution to spring collars, which led to their patented built-in collars.
What are built-in collars? Simply, collars built into the bar. No more using external collars to secure plates. Simply, LIFT, SLIDE and LOCK with SlideLock™ patented technology. High-strength steel keeps the SlideLock™ in place with maximum resistance against slamming and wear.
Gungnir has five bars available with this patented technology: 20 kg Olympic bar, 15 kg Olympic bar, Olympic loadable dumbbell, loadable dumbbell for standard plates and curl bar.
